WHO PAYS THE COMMISSION?
Typically the Seller pays the commission to the agents in a real estate transaction. However, commission could be paid for by the buyer if the seller is unwilling to pay a buyer's agent or if a For Sale by Owner situation arises and the seller will not agree to pay the commission.

All agents of HomeTowne Realty, LLC are licensed in NC and they can show you any property (anywhere in NC) no matter who has the listing.
